You can either keep the floral smudges in their packaged form full of beautiful flowers and place them somewhere nice for you to admire or you can use the smudge underneath. Unravel the yarn, release the flowers and then burn the smudge.

Rosemary/ Sage smudges are great for clearing out the negative energy and impurities in your home. "Cleansing" the home when you first move in, if possible, should be done for best results. Lastly, cleanse weekly for a peaceful, meditative environment.
